Try setting up a schedule for yourself, or writing down your habits that way you can see what you want to change and where you want to improve.
If you are eating compulsively at night you should try going to sleep earlier, i know when i get bored at night I want to eat so I try and go to sleep. & maybe you should try having small snacks throughout the day to keep you full.
I definitely recommend setting up a schedule that works for you, and trying to find the right balance of exercise and healthy eating.
